Main Street Collision Center was founded in 1985 in Coupeville on beautiful Whidbey Island. It was here that owners Phillip Black and Rich Melrose saw a need for a reliable, high quality auto body repair facility.... and so they began. As their business grew, they gained a reputation for honesty and dependability among Island residents. Today, Main St. Collision Center is well known for providing superior craftsmanship as well as excellent customer service.

It was while attending technical College in Bellingham that Phillip Black met future business partner Rich Melrose. Over the years, the two of them built their business from the ground up into the successful enterprise it is today. Expanding over the years from their original location with a modest two car garage, Main Street Collision Center today has convenient repair centers on Whidbey Island in Coupeville and Oak Harbor.

Between the two shops, Main St. Collision Center employs over a dozen highly talented individuals who are proud to be part of the Main Street team.
